So, in this problems will solve while EXTERNAL PRESSURE ENGINES will be using for Aircraft industry (AEROPLANE ENGINES and JET, ROCKET ENGINES) in the world. Because, External pressure engine has alternate designed for external combustion engine. That means, external combustion engine does operated in fuel through fire explosion. But, external pressure engine does operated in high pressure air through sivas tornado hydraulic system.

ABSTRACT: The input power is designed through self motor in external pressure engine. Output power is transferred to crank shaft with the help of pistons and oil and air in tornado hydraulic system. This output power functions multi fan unit, multi turbine unit and multi tornado unit. This three units produce high compressed air and exhaust the same. This high compressed air produces enough pusher force.

 And then, I have designed in Rocket engine model with Air control unit. So, We can Reusing in the Rocket engine.

  From the Turbines units will High pressure air exited for Propelled the Rocket. 

After Reached in satellite propelled stage, Rocket reuse control unit of four return

pipes will operate by motor. and,

at the time high pressure air released through rocket main way and return pipes

for thrust balanced. So, The Rocket will stand still in space without moving. 

And, After propelled the satellite. Rocket reuse control unit main way will reduced

in step by step. But, Return pipes full open. So, Rocket moving towards earth. 

After that, 

step by step control unit two ways will operated for landing earth origin place.
