LICENSE AGREEMENT:

TERM AND CONDITIONS :

1.This License gets  based On my own patent rights of EXTERNAL PRESSURE ENGINE-PATENT NO-405754 , In addition to that contract period of 20 years against on my own EXTERNAL PRESSURE ENGINE-PATENT NO-405754. So, After contract given you, should not interrupted for my another contract taken against various company. Because the while rights up EXTERNAL PRESSURE ENGINE-PATENT NO-405754 is not given & not mean that.

2.You  Should give security payment against on contract period. This security payment will be given after contract Completed. Because the payment of Royalty (Royalty Payment)Should be given to us in correct manner Besides. The Security payments period in 20 Years& also based on size engine production.

3.After  the contract  you making to every engine. You Should register every engine  number in my website. After that you give me  25% royalty payment from Selling price of  registered engine number. suppose your registered engine number will not match will incorrect ,  I will take payment of royalty against security Payment.

4.The Engine produced by the contract company should specifying the manufacturing details with  below mention it.

This condition should be follow after contract period closed And also I  will get agreement by written manner after contract period closed and Produce of security payment Regarding to the condition you will produce security document of you own country government.

5. You should not be engine related any  tie-up made with any other companies after the contract. Any changes done with EXTERNAL PRESSURE ENGINE-PATENT NO-405754  should be done only after my approval.

6. Any technical complaints create in EXTERNAL PRESSURE ENGINE-PATENT NO-405754  at future. I will take care correct it, only after  proper  intimating you. But, I am not liable for any other complaints.

7.After the contract,  EXTERNAL PRESSURE ENGINE-PATENT NO-405754  of value is increased in future also increased royalty payment . so you must give me to extra security payment for  engine value basis .  In case you wrong intimated in decrease value of  Engine. I  will take action you  basis on security document. This condition under security documents.

8. All the employees of engine manufacturing and design department and related engine manufacturing should be working under the agreement period ends. contractor should be responsible to take care of  the company important files and design and documents. In case of any breach in these secrets, contractor will be liable to bare the loss amount. If not paid the amount will be deducted from the security payment.

9. The company which undertake the contract . I.e contractor should furnish all the necessary security document issued from their own country including license agreement. At the same time the contractor should declare the below statement.

“ if the company breached the agreement, their own country government shall have all the rights for can take necessary action against them”

10.The contractor should not design  or apply patent under different name of their engine. This condition should be included in security document.

11. After the  contract all design drawings and documents must be share with us. This should be declared by the contractor.
